Star Wars Art

I thought I'd post something different this week - some of my artwork! As a Star Wars fan (see my profile picture - that is actually me in the armour!) I wanted to try adding some Star Wars into my paintings.

I've only done it to a few so far, but have lots of ideas for more in future!

This was the first one - I added a small Rebel night attack on an Imperial base. You can (hopefully) see the Lamba shuttle and TIE Fighter escorts on the landing platform. Attacking is a Y-Wing bomber (coming along at low height) and an X-Wing, being pursued by two TIEs - I bet that X-Wing pilot is glad of his shields!

Next, I wanted to do a black canvas/night sky picture for one of my mini paintings. Then I thought I'd give it a twist by adding an approaching Star Destroyer!
